You understand that, by creating an account, we and others will be able to identify you by your WorkGaps profile.
After you create an account, you may choose to provide additional information on your WorkGaps profile, such as descriptions of your skills, professional experience, and educational background. You can list honors, awards, professional affiliations, and other information including content. Subject to the settings you choose and your request, your profile may contain recommendations and references about you. You may also provide a user name, and profile pictures. Providing additional information enables you to derive more benefit from our Services by helping you express your working identity; find other opportunities, and information; and help recruiters, employers, individuals, and business opportunities find you.
In order to manage jobs and in the recruitment process, WorkGaps includes a messaging tool allowing communication between users. WorkGaps may collect, amend, or delete information contained in or relating to any communication that you send to us or send through our website (including the communication content and metadata associated with the communication) for the purposes outlines above.
We also get information from your use of Services. This includes log information, which looks at how you use WorkGaps services, such as your search queries; local storage, where we may collect and store information locally on your device using mechanisms such as browser web storage and application data cache; location information, whereby we may we may collect and process information about your actual location, we may use various technologies to determine location, including IP address, GPS and other sensors that may, for example, provide WorkGaps with information on nearby devices, Wi-Fi access points and mobile towers.

When you upload your profile or apply for a job using your profile, you are opting-in to WorkGaps Job search service. This means your profile will be made available to and searchable by other users which can greatly increase your visibility and aid the process of matching work to prospective candidates and workers.
